If you have most of the stuff already, you can get just the Kombucha World Scoby with liquid starter and use your own equipment.

You won’t have to wait 2-3 weeks while a batch of store bought kombucha sits on your counter forming a little tiny SCOBY though you can certainly do this if you need to.
